3rd Degree Training’s fitness camps are all about motivation, not intimidation. Movements, not machines. We build the body from the ground up focusing on balance, strength, and flexibility.
Our classes are adaptable to suit everyone – mom, dad, pros, Joe’s, and aunt Flo’s – we combine strength training and cardio to deliver better results in a shorter period of time, building muscle you not only see, but use in your daily routine.
Functional fitness and dynamic movements are the keystones to what we do, using body weight, HIIT style training as a safe and effective way to achieve your training goals and get the results you desire in a non-threatening, fun environment.
As co- founder, Pam Collette explains:
Functional fitness gives you a foundation for everything else you do in life. If I can’t do a plank, then how can I do a push-up? Build your body from the ground up. This goes for EVERYONE. Runners, former athletes, accountants, grandparents, pro athletes, everyone needs functional fitness. It provides you with not just muscles for show, but muscles for actual changes in your daily living.
