Open to any parents, guardians, or caregivers with newborns and children up to the age of five. Bring your baby/toddler with you while you workout. Be an example for your kids and socialize with proactive, like-minded people. We supply exersaucers, jumparoos, playmats, and baby-swings, and have staff certified in pre and postnatal group fitness.
Classes are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10:30am*.
