Man Camps

Predominately focused on strength and endurance training for men these high-octane, testosterone-fueled classes push physical and mental boundaries while increasing motivation and confidence. The combination of TRX, weights, and high intensity interval training brings the campers together, giving it a real team dynamic.

Offered: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 6:00am or 5:20pm; Saturday at 8:30am
