Drop In Classes

Stretch & Strength

Whether you sit at a desk all day, do housework, exercise regularly or on your feet for extended periods, a gentle and easy stretch will decrease muscle tension and increase flexibility and relaxation.”Stretch and Strength” is an easy to follow, no impact, flowing routine. It’s a mix of Strength sets followed by a series of Stretches that will help you

  • Perfect form
  • Increase range of motion
  • Help prevent injuries
  • Develop body awareness.

It will allow you to focus on your muscle strength and flexibility, help to loosen the mind’s control on your body and leave you feeling fantastic!  Your body will thank you.

Free for current members, $12.00 for drop-ins

stretch & strength

Weight Circuits

Our weight circuits provide a personal training experience at a group fitness fee. We combine free-weights, TRX training, battle ropes, and much more as your trainer leads you and the group through a circuit-style workout teaching the fundamentals of weight training – ensuring proper form in a non-threatening atmosphere.

  • Increase overall strength
  • Increase endurance

*This drop-in class is open to all fitness levels. $10 for 3rd Degree Training members or $12 for non-members.
