Weight Circuits
Our weight circuits provide a personal training experience at a group fitness fee. We combine free-weights, TRX training, battle ropes, and much more as your trainer leads you and the group through a circuit-style workout teaching the fundamentals of weight training – ensuring proper form in a non-threatening atmosphere.
